We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 within the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Packages will be shipped via USPS unless another shipping method is selected.

Expedited shipments placed Monday – Saturday prior to 12pm will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will ship the following day. Orders placed on Sunday will ship on Monday.

While most orders are processed within 24-hours, orders may take 1-3 business days to process prior to shipment.

Return Policy


Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you're happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 




All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process


You can request a return or exchange from within your account at 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 




After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

We do not refund shipping costs unless the item was faulty or damaged. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Sale items (if applicable)
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Please Note


  •        Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.        
  •        All apparel products must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, and               unaltered with all original tags attached.   
  •        All footwear must be returned in original packaging and show minimal             wear on the sole.   
  •        Beauty, fragrance, wellness, and pantry products must be in original.               packaging, unopened and unused.    
  •        Gift Cards are non-refundable.



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
