Your role...

• You’ll craft high-quality coffee and specialty beverages, serving as the warm, welcoming anchor of the Cafe Forth community space.

• You’ll help curate the inspiring, open atmosphere Forth & Nomad is known for, helping guests feel comfortable whether they're meeting a friend, working on a project, or trying something new.

• Bring your best attitude, attention to detail, and effort to every shift.

• Be up for anything—including building real connections, hosting community moments, and having fun.

We’ll want you to…

• Dial in espresso, craft menu drinks to standard, and maintain peak beverage quality during busy rushes.

• Drive customer delight by offering thoughtful recommendations, introducing guests to new menu items, and sharing the story behind our coffee offerings.

• Keep the bar, seating area, and prep stations clean, organized, and inviting—our guests should always see us at our best.

• Share menu ideas, customer feedback, and workflow insights with the management team to keep the cafe experience fresh.
