The Feel Good Foodie Cookbook
During her childhood in Lebanese communities in Sierra Leone and Michigan, Yumna Jawad grew up eating home-cooked meals and learned time-saving shortcuts from her mother to prepare traditional, Mediterranean recipes. Searching for recipes to recreate the delicious and nourishing food she was served as a child, Jawad initially joined Instagram to find inspiration and learn new cooking techniques, but she started creating her own content on her blog Feel Good Foodie to help make healthy cooking easy. She helped create the "Baked Feta Pasta" trend that took over the internet and then quickly became well-known for her unfussy, healthy meals that are enhanced by Mediterranean flavors.
In her debut cookbook, The Feel Good Foodie Cookbook, Jawad shares how to make even the most basic dishes feel fresh and modern by incorporating Mediterranean flavors and using easy-to-find ingredients.
