What happens after I place an order for pickup or delivery?

You'll receive two emails, the first being a confirmation that we received your order. We know you're excited but don't head to the store yet (unless you want to enjoy a nice cup of coffee at our Coffee Bar)! We'll send another email with further instructions once your order is pulled and ready for pickup. 


How much is shipping?

Free domestic shipping on orders over $99. All other orders, shipping varies depending on your location. 

What happens after I place an order to be shipped?

You should receive two emails after placing an online order. The first will be confirmation that your order was placed. Second email, will be notice that your order is shipped with tracking info.

When will my order arrive?

Generally, the order will be made, packaged up, and sent to you within 2 business days of purchase. Please note that during peak times such as holidays, we may run a few days longer. If there are ever issues that arise, we will be sure to notify you immediately to give you a more accurate time frame! Timing does vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected. If you need an order rushed, contact us directly or select one of the quicker shipping options.


Note: On expedited shipping, we can guarantee we will get the package out on time, but it's on the shipping service from that point on.
