We’re proud to use natural cotton & linen fibers and natural, unscented lentils as the filler for this therapy pack. This neck wrap is handmade in our Austin, TX studio with love.

FOR HEAT THERAPY: fold the compress in half and place in the microwave on high for 1 to 1.5 minutes. Always test the temperature of your wrap before applying to your skin.

FOR COLD THERAPY: store the compress in the freezer until ready to use.
